Vincent was very accommodating. As a first-time homebuyer, I did not realize how long the gap could be between buying a home and actually moving in. This place made that time much easier. It was comfortable, and the neighbors were great.
My closing date also got pushed back, and I was able to extend my stay, which helped a lot during a stressful time. I work at CHOP and the location was very convenient for my commute.
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone considering staying here!

We stay a lot using Airbnb and Vincent’s place is among the nicest designed, decorated and equipped that we have ever stayed in. Very comfortable with many nice little touches and a very well supplied kitchen and bathrooms. Vincent was extremely helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay again.
The unit is the top (3rd) floor of a house in a nice leafy urban residential area. Finding on street parking, as in most big cities, can take a little work, but we didn’t have too much difficulty. The area seemed quite safe and there were some interesting restaurants, etc nearby, although we found much more just a short drive/Uber away in the University City area. Since these beautiful old houses have very high ceilings, the climb up the two steep flights of stairs to get to the unit was a bit of a workout. But we are seniors and were able to get up them fine. I can imagine though it might be difficult for those who have significant mobility issues.

The Loft in Cedar Park was a great place to stay for our holiday visit to Philly. We had friends that live within walking distance. The space was spacious and clean. Vincent responded promptly when the heater needed some adjustments. We would recommend this as a solid home base to explore the city.

The apartment was exactly what my son and his wife and I needed for a week’s stay in West Philly over Thanksgiving. It was clean and seemed recently renovated. We were able to cook food in the adequately equipped kitchen to bring to a family dinner. The electronic locks worked well and eliminated the problem of forgetting keys or sharing one set amongst three people. When we had a minor issue, the host was responsive and resolved it quickly. Note to future guests that the unit is on the third floor so there are two flight of stairs plus those from the sidewalk to the front door. Not a problem for us, however. Adding a few spare blankets is the only item I would suggest. I expect to book this listing again!

The space was lovely, clean, bright and had a nice, homey feel. The area was well kept as well. The touches like snacks and water bottles were appreciated. We’re looking forward to another stay in the future.

Our stay at Vincent’s was amazing. Honestly, it was even better in person. Everything was labeled. The link that was sent prior to check-in included every single thing, from food recommendations to the option to add on a late checkout - Vincent’s place was remarkable, truly! Will definitely be booking again.

We highly recommend Vincent’s TheLoft@CedarPark(3). It was very comfortable, and clean, a nicely updated apartment with excellent amenities. We were very comfortable and it worked great for us.
I really liked the neighborhood vibe and it was convenient to our destinations in Philly.
It is located in a vintage townhouse and unit 3 is upstairs. Just plan to go up about 24 stairs. That is part of being in a lovely traditional building.
We also must compliment Vincent as our host. He was wonderful at communicating. Truly this was an excellent experience!!

Vincent's apartment is very clean, spacious and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable and both bathrooms are sparkling. The West Philly neighborhood is safe, quiet and walkable. Vincent is an A+ host - very proactive and responsive to guests. Check-in was simple and exactly as described. Free on-street parking was always easy to find. We have stayed in several Airbnb's in the area and Vincent's place was perfect!

If you’re in Philly for any amount of time, you won’t be disappointed with this property. Vince is an excellent host and takes great pride in his properties and management of them. He’s very responsive in any situation. A lot of thought was put into the design and layout of the unit. . It’s Philly so, of course it’s street parking, but the side streets within the block always have parking. Host provided detailed link with stores, clubs/bars, and restaurants in the vicinity.
